In almost 3 years Beth's care coordinator has not made contact and her social worker is in a different city 3 hours away.
The teams are not working together and having a meeting with everyone present.
The Autistic Team and SALT have not been involved, Beth's receiving no psychology, no OT and not learning any life skills.
She is better on a PICU unit as she always has someone with her. She is institutionalised in the way that she can not be alone and be independent after years on PICU units and been kept safe.
They need to be accountable for allowing someone to be forgotten and not making these things happen.
Beth is Autistic, she's got no criminal record but is locked up like a prisoner.
